Is your cell phone frozen? Has it been acting strange recently? This article will help you return a frozen phone back to its normal state.

Steps

  1. Turn it off. If your cell phone is still functional, then turn it off by the power button.
    • If your cell phone is frozen completely, then skip to the next step.
  2. Take off the back cover and take out the battery. You don't need to remove the Sim or memory card.
  3. Press the power button for 5 to 10 seconds. This will drain the remaining battery power.
  4. Put the battery back in, then put cover back on.
  5. Turn the phone on.

  • If your cell phone's battery is non-removable, let the battery run out of life. Then charge it, and you should be back to business.
